Implementation Management Associates (IMA)

The Alber Enterprise Center at The Ohio State University at Marion and Implementation Management Associates, Inc. (IMA) have formed an alliance to provide the opportunity to learn the proprietary Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM) process. AIM has been used in a wide variety of change initiatives including business process reengineering, ERPs, global business processes, downsizing, mergers/acquisitions, software process improvement and other cultural and technical business critical strategies.

Course offerings include:

• AIM Introductory Program—In this 2-day fast paced, interactive program, IMA explores their proven AIM system and how it may be applied to project and business strategy implementations. Participants will gain a high-level understanding of the repeatable 10-step AIM process. Upon leaving the program, they will have multiple tools, techniques, concepts they can use to leverage and maximize finite resources to get the highest return for the least amount to effort.

• ChangePro Online Course—ChangePro is a self-paced online course teaching you to become a Change Pro! A Change Pro is a person who is PROactive, PROductive, and PROfessional about workplace change.

• IMA Assessment Tools—Utilize some or all of the series of integrated tools that enable organizations to measure how change has been managed in the past and to predict key leverage points to accelerate future implementations. These tools gauge organization readiness, individual readiness for change, sponsor commitment, change agent capability, organization stress, cultural factors and alignment of reinforcement/rewards with performance expectation.
