Questions and Answers What
if I need Financial Assistance? We
offer comprehensive financial aid services to help you meet your college costs.
Your financial aid package may consist of a combination of scholarships, grants,
loans, and part-time work. You
can apply for financial aid at any time, although the financial aid system is
designed to begin in autumn quarter. As a rule of thumb, the financial aid
applications should be filed six or more months before you plan to attend.
The priority deadline to apply for maximum financial aid awards is March 1 for
students who plan to start classes the following September. Feel free to
contact our financial aid staff at any time for assistance in developing an appropriate
financial aid package to meet your individual needs. To
be considered for financial aid during the upcoming school year, you must submit
the following applications: Free
Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on the web
• The Ohio State University Application for Undergraduate Admission, Scholarships, and Financial Aid
Marion
Campus Scholarship Application
These applications are available
from Ohio State Marion's Office of Student Financial Aid and your high school
guidance office. Filing for financial aid does not obligate you to enroll nor
does it guarantee an award; it only begins the process of your financial planning
in anticipation of your enrollment. For
more information about financial aid at Ohio State Marion,
call (740) 425-6242.
