The
Ohio State University at Marion
Board of Trustees

Ronald
D. Cramer was appointed to The Ohio State University at Marion Board of Trustees in June of 2003.
Cramer received his Bachelor's of Science degree from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctorate from Akron University. He is currently a partner with the Marion, Ohio based law firm of Michel, Davis & Cramer.
Mr.
Cramer is an active participant in a number of community projects and organizations.
He is a board member at the Marion Palace Cultural Arts Association and Marion Noon Kiwanis, a member of the Marion Area Chamber of Commerce, and a charter member of the Marionaires Barbershop Chorus. He is also active with Dayspring Wesleyan Church, Palace Productions, a trustee for the Evelyn Walter Foundation, the Wm. Kay Davis Foundation, and the Merle & Peg Hamilton Foundation. Cramer is also an annual participant in the Marion Popcorn Festival Parade with eight antique John Deere tractors. He has professional memberships with the American Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, and the Marion County Bar Association of which he was a past president. Cramer and his wife, Marcia, have two grown children and one grandson.

Lynn
Oliver Garvin
was named to the Board in June of 2003. Garvin is a native of Bay Village, Ohio,
and a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Early and
Middle Childhood Education.
A
resident of Marion for the past 22 years, Garvin has served on the board of directors
of Junior Service Guild, The Marion Association for Gifted Children, and Indian
Mound Elementary P.T.A. She is the
past president of Baker Middle School P.T.A., and was selected as 2001 Volunteer
of the Year for the State of Ohio P.T.A.
Garvin has served on the Board of Trustees, Administrative, and Youth Councils
for Epworth United Methodist Church, and the Continuous Improvement Committee
for the Marion City Schools. She
is a board member of the Marion Educational Foundation, and serves as Vice President
of the Harding Music Parents.
Lynn and her husband, Charlie, have three children. In their spare time, they breed and show Dalmatian dogs, and have bred over 85 AKC Champions.

Stephen Keen was named to the Board in June of 2007. Currently, he is the branch manager of the First Federal Bank of Ohio in Mt. Gilead.
A
resident of Galion, he is involved with several financial literacy programs in the Morrow County area teaching finances and economics in several different local schools. In addition, he is the current treasurer of the Morrow County United Way Board, president of Whetstone MRDD, past president of Morrow County Kiwanis, YMCA Advisory Board, Morrow County Revolving Loan Board, SBDC Board, Masonic Lodge member, and active member in the Morrow County Chamber.
Keen received an Associate Degree in Business Management from Marion Technical College and is a graduate of Northmor High School.

Janet
Peckinpaugh Pry, of Crestline, Ohio, was appointed
to the Ohio State Board Marion in 2001. She is secretary/treasurer and co-owner
of Crawford Title Agency, Inc., with offices in Bucyrus and Marion. Pry is also
the current Executive Director of the Bucyrus Area Community Foundation.
An
active community member, Ms. Pry has also served as a member and President of
the Bucyrus Area YMCA from 1984 - 1990, was a member of the NW Ohio Cluster of
YMCAs and a Mid-West Field Representative to the National YMCA from 1992 1997.
She was also a member and President of the Board of Trustees of the Discovery
School, Mansfield Ohio from 1988 1991. She is past member of the Rotary Club
of Bucyrus.
A
native of Cleveland, Ohio, Ms. Pry is a 1974 graduate of the University of Findlay
with a degree in Medical Technology/chemistry and is a member of the American
Society of Clinical Pathologists, MT. She and her husband, James, have two grown
sons.

M. Brad Reynolds is
vp/chief human resources officer for Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services (OPRS) in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to joining OPRS in 1990, he held human resource positions with American Electric Power, Bank One and the City of Columbus, Ohio. He was appointed to the Ohio State Marion Board of Trustees in 2007.
Mr. Reynolds has been active in the greater community and the field of education for many years. Currently he sits on the Community Foundation of Delaware County board and was a member of the Olentangy Local Schools Board of Education for twelve years and the Delaware Area Career Center for over eight years. He has also held board positions with the local YMCA, the City of Powell - Personnel Board of Review, Jobs for Ohio Graduates, and the Olentangy Education Foundation.
He received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The Ohio State University and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation.
The father of two college students, Reynolds resides in Westerville.

Gary
Sims, president of Sims Bros., Inc., received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from The Ohio State University. He was appointed to the Ohio State Marion Board of Trustees in 2002.
Sims
has been involved with the Marion community for many years, serving as past president
of the Marion Community Foundation Board, Marion Rotary Club, United Way of Marion
County, and Marion Chamber of Commerce. In 1994 he was awarded the Scantland Citizen
of the Year for Marion County for his community involvement.
A life-long resident of Marion, Sims and his wife, Diana, have two daughters.

Vaughn Sizemore is a
partner in Slob and Sons Pipe and Casing/360 Degree Steel in Marion, Ohio, which
provides steel supplies product to major contractors throughout the eastern half
of the United States. He was appointed to the Ohio State Marion Board of
Trustees in 2008.
Throughout his
career, Sizemore has given extensively to volunteer community efforts in the
Columbus area, including Columbus Children's Choir; Regional Director, Employer
Support of the Guard and Reserve; Westerville Rotary Club; fundraising for the
Columbus Symphony Orchestra; and volunteer work with the Native American Indian
Center.
Sizemore is an alumni of The Ohio State University, where he earned his Bachelor
of Arts degree in 1976. He and his wife Pamela are residents of Galena,
Ohio, and have two grown daughters. Pamela is owner of a health services
company.

Ronald Scharer , received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Otterbein College and a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University College of Law. He currently serves as branch manager and Registered Principal of Financial Network Investment Corporation, a securities broker-dealer.
Scharer is active in the Marion community serving as a board member of the Marion Family YMCA Endowment Fund and The Marion Palace Theater Endowment Fund. Currently he is a member of the Marion lodge No. 70, Free and Accepted Masons and is president-elect of The Marion Rotary Club.
He and his wife, Laura, are long-time
Marion residents.

Patricia
Young was appointed to the Ohio State Marion
Board of Trustees in 2005. Young attended Ohio State Marion for one year before
earning a Bachelor's of Science degree in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State
University. Young began her career at Oakwood Hospital Sports Medicine in Dearborn
Michigan. She continued in the field of orthopedic physical therapy and sports
performance enhancement with O.R.S./Acceleration Program in Newark, Ohio. In 1994,
she returned to Marion to become the Director of Physical Therapy for Doctor's
Park Physical Therapy, now known as River Rock Rehabilitation.
Young
lives in Upper Sandusky with her husband, Ken, an attorney, and their three children.
She is an active volunteer for area youth sports programs and the Upper Sandusky
schools.
Stuart Lishan is the faculty representative to The Ohio State University at Marion Board of Trustees. He received his B.A. English literature from Reed College, his M.F.A. in creative writing from Columbia University, and Ph.D. in English Literature from the Univesity of Utah.
He is currently an associate professor of English at The Ohio State University at Marion, where he has been teaching since 1989. His book, Body Tapestries (Dream Horse Press), was published in 2006. His poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction have appeared in the Arts & Letters, Antioch Review, Kenyon Review, Boulevard, Bellingham Review, XConnect, Barrow Street Creative Nonfiction, and many other magazines.
Steve
Litzenberg is a senior
psychology major at Ohio State Marion. He was
elected by the campus student body to serve as
the student representative to Board of Trustees
for the 2009-20010 academic year.
Since his freshman year at The Ohio State
University, Litzenberg has been a model student and active leader on campus. He
was named to the Dean’s List for academic achievement the past eight quarters.
He was recently invited to join Ohio State Marion’s honors program. While at
Ohio State Marion, he has served as an active member of the campus Psychology
Club, Griffin Honors Society, and the Collegiate National Honors Society.
Litzenberg has been an integral part of the
Disability Services team on campus for the past three years. As a student
worker, he helps tutor other students through disability services. Upon
graduation, his long term goal is to obtain a masters degree and to work towards
a doctorate in psychology.
